■ What is the Hikaru Cup?
“PROJECT XENO” is hosting its first nationwide esports tournament, the “Hikaru Cup.”
The tournament is divided into two parts: an online qualifying tournament and an offline final tournament. In addition to Hikaru, who received a special invitation, a total of 18 individuals have the qualification to participate in the offline final tournament. Furthermore, in order to spread the appeal of “PROJECT XENO” to all generations through this Hikaru Cup, we have added two slots for the finals specifically for individuals aged 6 to 22, referred to as the “U-22 slots (Student slots).”
The XENO equipment used in the tournament follows the same set of rules for all participants, allowing even those who have just started “PROJECT XENO” to enthusiastically participate.
* Those who do not fall under the U-22 category are not eligible to enter based on the criteria mentioned above. We look forward to your entries for the finals starting from October 13th (Friday).
* The ‘U-22 slots (Student slots)’ refer to individuals who are 6 years old or above and below 22 years old as of October 16, 2023. As long as the age requirement is met, it is not necessary to be a student to apply for this category.
* From those who apply for the U-22 slots (Student slots), two individuals, excluding the top 3 from Season 2 and the top 13 from the online qualifiers, will advance to the final tournament.

Total Prize Pool: 20 million yen

1st Place (1 person): 10 million yen
2nd Place (1 person): 4 million yen
Tied for 3rd Place (2 people): 2 million yen each
Tied for 5th Place (4 people): 500,000 yen each

As previously announced information, we have explained that CHARM can be equipped on all XENO
and will also be reflected in their visual.

However, upon consideration by the PROJECT XENO design team regarding the feature to change the visual with CHARM,
it has been found out that it is difficult to apply the CHARM design without inconsistencies on some XENO.

Therefore, we have decided to change the name of CHARM and remove the feature that makes the CHARM affect the visual of XENO.

The feature to change the visual of XENO will be provided as a separate function in a future update.
