Regarding the current problem with the “NFT Sale 1st – HIKARU Collaboration NFT Sale -.”

As of 10:30, November 25th, 2022, UTC

(1) Delay in NFT distribution
We are experiencing significant delays in NFT distribution for some purchasers who have made purchases with virtual currency and credit cards.
Regarding the above, we have confirmed that the virtual currency transferred upon purchase has been received, and no data has been lost.
Please kindly wait a little longer for your purchased NFTs to appear on your My Page, as we will distribute them as they become available.

【Status】
The difference as of November 23rd at 19:00 UTC has already been addressed.
We are still monitoring the difference between the payment history and the distribution history, and if there is a difference, we will proceed with the distribution.
There may be a time lag before distribution, but we would appreciate it if you could wait a while for a response.

(2) The drawing results of the super rare raffle tickets
We have observed the cases where XENO is indicated in Tier 8 and Hikaru XENO in Tier 7.

The correct information is
Tier 7 is XENO
Tier 8 is Hikaru XENO

(3) The problem of being able to purchase Hikaru bundles after they were sold out
Even though the first-come 33 Hikaru bundles were sold out, three purchasers were able to buy them.

We are in the process of canceling the three purchases after the sale was closed, and we will refund them.

(4) About Purchase Failed from Metamask
We have received a report that some cannot make a purchase on Metamask from mobile.

【Status】
We are currently looking into this issue.

Following steps may solve the issue.

2. Connect Metamask from your computer

Q. I cannot login to My Page and connect the wallet.
A.Try to connect your wallet selecting the BNB chain network. Changing the network procedures depends on which wallet application you are using, so please refer to the procedures related to the wallet that you are using.

Q. My wallet is connected, but my email and wallet address do not appear on My Page.
A. Please try these steps.
1. Please refresh or update your wallet.
2. If refresh or update does not work, delete the wallet cache and try the wallet connection again. 
The procedure for reloading and deleting cache varies depending on the wallet application you are using, so please refer to the procedures related to the wallet that you are using.

We have distributed the NFTs to those who purchased the Hikaru Bundle, which sold out on November 23rd at the “NFT Sale 1st – HIKARU Collaboration NFT Sale.”
For those who have sent money to Hikaru Bundles but did not purchase, we will be processing refunds by November 26th.
The drawing method of the first 33 purchasers is based on when our system receives the payment.
Please be aware that access concentration and system delays occurred at that time due to popular demand.

There was also a problem with Hikaru bundles being available for purchase after being sold out.
We have canceled the purchases that had been made due to this problem.
We are also processing the refund by November 26th.

The auction page was scheduled to be released on November 23rd, but due to development status, the release date has been changed to November 25th.

The purchase is completed when the NFTs displays in the list of acquired NFTs on “My Page.”
Although the purchase procedure has been completed, if you do not see the NFTs on My Page, the purchase has not been completed, and you will get the refund for the purchase amount at a later date.

Also, the “super rare raffle ticket” and “free raffle ticket” will continue to offer a chance to win “Hikaru XENO,” so please participate in the raffle.
