We sincerely apologize for the delay in distributing the May GXE Partner benefits for 2023. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused to our GXE Partners. In this notice, we will provide information about the distribution date of the benefits and the circumstances surrounding the delay.

Eligible Participants:

• Individuals who held 5,000 GXE in the wallet that was used when they were certified as GXE Partners between 12:00 AM on the last day of April 2023 and 12:00 AM on the following day.

Distribution Date: From May 31st (Wednesday) to June 1st (Thursday)

Reasons for the Delay in Benefit Distribution: When we released the limited edition of the game on April 20th, we transitioned the NFT management system from the web (MyPage/MarketPlace) to both the web and the game.

Due to the impact of this system change, there was an issue with the distribution of NFTs to accounts that had not been linked to the game. We had to further develop the NFT distribution system to address this issue. Unfortunately, this development coincided with server troubles after the game’s release, resulting in a delay in system development and subsequently delaying the distribution date until May 31st (Wednesday).

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused to our GXE Partners. With this system enhancement, we anticipate that such delays will not occur in the future.

Regarding Future GXE Partner Benefits: After the distribution of the May GXE Partner benefits, the distribution of GXE Partner benefits will conclude, and the subsequent GXE benefits will transition to being returned through lending. However, we have received numerous requests for the distribution of GXE Partner benefits. As a result, we are working on new plans for GXE Partner benefits. We will provide further information once these plans are confirmed. We kindly ask for your anticipation of the upcoming GXE Partner benefits.

【特典配布遅延の経緯】
4月20日(木)に限定公開版としてゲームをリリースした際にNFTの管理システムを
Web(MyPage/MarketPlace)からWeb＆ゲームへと切り替え致しました。

その際のシステム変更の影響でゲーム連携が行われていないアカウントへの
NFT配布が正常に行われない事象が発生してしまったため、
改めて、NFTの配布システムの開発を進めておりました。
そこに、ゲームリリース後のサーバートラブル等が重なった結果、
システムの開発が遅れ、配布日が5月31日(水)まで遅れる形となりました。

GXEパートナーの皆様には大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしました。
今回のシステム改修により、今後はこのような遅延は発生しない見込みとなっております。

この度の配布日の遅延、申し訳ありませんでした。

【今後のGXEパートナー特典について】
5月度GXEパートナー特典をもってGXEパートナー特典配布は終了し、
その後のGXE特典はレンディングによる還元への移行を予定しておりましたが、
現在もGXEパートナー特典の配布要望を数多く頂いており、
改めて新たなGXEパートナー特典の企画も進めております。
こちらは確定次第改めて情報を発信させて頂きます。

We have received reports of unauthorized credit card usage and have decided to temporarily suspend the use of credit cards for purchasing Market Money. When making a purchase, we kindly request that you use cryptocurrencies.
Please note that there has been no information leakage from the “PROJECT XENO” system. We will take additional measures to address the situation and plan to resume credit card usage.
We have confirmed that some fraudulent users have conspired to use other people’s credit cards to purchase NFTs and sell them to earn USDT. Therefore, we plan to implement the following countermeasures.
*Please note that the schedule is subject to change depending on the progress):

May 14th:
・Resume credit card usage for some users. Suspension of credit card usage for new users.
・The purchased NFTs will have a restriction on “withdrawal” and “listing” for 2 weeks after purchase.
Mid June:
・Earned USDT will be deposited after 2 weeks when the NFT was sold. This process will be added.
・Resume credit card usage for all users.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to maintain a healthy service operation.

現在、クレジットカードの不正利用のお問合せを頂いている為、一時的にマーケットマネー購入時のクレジットカード利用を停止します。
マーケットマネーを購入の際は、各仮想通貨での購入をお願いいたします。

本件、一部不正ユーザーが共謀し、他人のクレジットカードを利用しNFTを購入、その後NFTを売却してUSDTを獲得する。といった行動が確認できています。
そのため、以下の対策を講じる予定です。

5/14：
・一部ユーザーの皆様のクレジットカード利用再開。新規ユーザーの皆様のクレジットカード利用停止。
・購入したNFTは、購入後2週間「取出」「出品」を不可にする対応。
6月中旬：
・NFT売却時、獲得できるUSDTの入金は、売却完了から2週間後にする処理を追加します。
・全ユーザーの皆様のクレジットカード利用再開。

皆様にはご不便をおかけしますが、健全なサービス運営を実現するため、ご理解ご了承のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

– تقييد إمكانية “الانسحاب” و”البيع” للـ NFT التي تم شراؤها لمدة أسبوعين بعد الشراء.

منتصف يونيو:
– سيتم إضافة إجراء لتأخير إيداع الـ USDT المكتسبة عند بيع الـ NFT بمدة أسبوعين بعد البيع.
– سيتم إعادة فتح استخدام بطاقات الائتمان لجميع المستخدمين.
